Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or video proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your items and let you know if the exchange has been approved. If approved, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
