This Delivery Policy describes how The Unbreakable Broken Heart (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Site”) handles the processing, shipment, and delivery of orders placed through www.tubh.world (the “Site”). It applies to all purchases and interactions made in connection with our products and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By placing an order through the Site, you agree to the terms set forth below. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Services.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Order confirmation and tracking details will be sent to your registered email address once your package is dispatched.

2. Shipping Coverage

We offer both domestic and international shipping. There are currently no regional exclusions. Please ensure that all delivery details provided are accurate, as we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

3. Shipping Methods

We work with a range of trusted logistics partners, including JNE, J&T, Gojek, and Grab, to offer flexible delivery options based on your location:

  • Standard Delivery

  • Express Delivery

  • Same-Day Delivery (available in select areas via Gojek or Grab)

Delivery methods available for your order will be presented at checkout.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Domestic Orders: Up to 7 calendar days

  • International Orders: Up to 14 calendar days, depending on destination and courier capacity

Please note that estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped, not when the order is placed.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery address. We offer free shipping on domestic orders over Rp250.000. This offer does not apply to international shipments or expedited delivery services.

6. Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email to help you monitor the status of your delivery in real-time. If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us using the details below.

7. Delivery Issues

In the event of a delivery issue, we will assist by forwarding your case to the relevant delivery partner. Where a package is lost or damaged in transit and confirmed by the courier, we will offer a replacement item at no cost, provided the claim is made within 30 calendar days from the shipment date.

Please note:

  • We do not accept responsibility for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted at checkout.

  • We do not offer returns for items delivered to the wrong address due to customer input error.

8. Third-Party Delivery Services

As outlined in our Privacy Policy, we partner with third-party logistics and service providers to fulfill your orders. These partners may collect or receive personal data necessary to process, ship, and deliver your purchases.

9. International Deliveries

For customers located outside Indonesia, your package may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties upon arrival in your country. These charges are your responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
